If you need help with ScreenArk: AI Recall, send an email and include what you were trying to do, your iOS version, and any relevant error message.
You can also use Report an Issue inside ScreenArk Settings. In-app reports do not attach screenshots, OCR text, or memory contents by default.

Helpful details to include
- Whether the issue happened during import, search, Recall, Smart Reminders, Pro purchase, or Deep Analysis.
- Whether you were using the free plan or ScreenArk Pro.
- A short description of the screenshot type, without sending sensitive screenshot content unless you choose to.
Privacy reminder
Screenshot images stay on your device. ScreenArk asks before sending extracted OCR text and related memory metadata to server AI.
